We manufacture both 30min and 1 hour fire rated screens and frames in a range of high quality hardwoods including Sapele Mahogany, Iroko Teak, Oak, Beech, Cherry and Walnut. We also manufacture 30 min frames and screens in Red Deal and Ash.
All of our fire rated screens and frames are manufactured with the necessary fire seals and intumescent strips.
Doors
We supply 30min and 1 hour door leafs in a range of veneers:

- Cheery
- Beech
We also supply 30min and 1 hour Paint Grade Fire Doors which are commonly used when the door leaf is going to be painted.
We supply fire rated glazing for the screens and vision panels in doors. The glazing is fitted with all the necessary seals and gaskets. We can also provide fire rated ironmongery.
We can provide fire certificates for all glazing, ironmongery, seals, intumscents strips, and gaskets used in our fire rated doors, frames, screens and vision panels.
We can also offer to pre-finish each product with high quality paints, lacquers, primer or varnish.
